Dominio de Es

Fields with pre-phylloxera vines were discovered by Bertrand Sourdais when he arrived in Soria in 1999.

The climate generates a special microcosm and is based on the characteristics of a clayey, porous terrain, with calcareous and sandy mixtures of the Duero, the essence of which Bertrand Sourdais knows profoundly, thanks to experience accumulated throughout numerous harvests.

The plots selected enjoy the privileges of nature, while a delicate fruit is expected, in a small amount of grapes, to create a divine liquid in part of the DO Ribera del Duero that lies in Soria.
