Who he is

Five generations of winegrowers, a new way of looking at Soria

Bertrand Sourdais, from a family of 5 generations of viticulture in his native Chinon, France, knew to look at the land of Soria and recognise that it could produce great wines in the DO Ribera del Duero.

His activity began with a few simple resources, following a natural evolution throughout the years until in 2016 he finally had the strength to inaugurate his own winery, thanks to the team that came together with Bodegas Antídoto.

Four projects, one way of understanding wine

From the pebble terraces of San Esteban de Gormaz to the slopes of Cravant-les-Coteaux, each winery expresses a landscape through old vines and respectful viticulture.

The land

Soria, cold and extreme

In 1999 Bertrand Sourdais discovered a unique, genuine area within the DO Ribera del Duero, San Esteban de Gormaz, an area that stood out from the land in Burgos and Valladolid belonging to the Designation.
